No firmware upload is needed to book. Bring two firmware versions for an evaluation; where needed, we prepare analysis before the walkthrough. Completion time depends on image size, format and coverage.

Scope an image pair
For an evaluation, choose two releases of one product and hardware variant that you are authorised to share. Agree what success looks like: useful component changes, reviewable triage context or clearer patch evidence.
We confirm compatibility and hosting before arranging a trial workspace. Trial workspaces are hosted in India; the deployment arrangement is agreed before provisioning. Upload only through the agreed workspace under the platform terms. Please do not email firmware.
