Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies and Storage Technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember information about your visit, such as your preferences or authentication state. Alongside HTTP cookies, web applications may use browser LocalStorage and SessionStorage to securely maintain session tokens and interface preferences.
Cookies set by us are “first-party cookies.” Cookies set by anyone else, such as a third-party widget embedded on our site, are “third-party cookies” - Section 5 covers third-party cookies currently set on this site.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary. Required for core site functionality - session management, security (CSRF protection), and user authentication. These cannot be disabled.
Functional. Remember your preferences, including the choice you make in our cookie-consent banner itself, so we don’t ask again on every visit.
Analytics. We do not currently set analytics cookies on this site - the table in Section 3 lists every cookie and storage key actually in use today, and none are analytics cookies. If we introduce an analytics provider in the future, this section and the table below will be updated before any such cookie is set, and consent will be requested where required.
We do not use any cookie or storage mechanism on this site for advertising or cross-site ad retargeting.
3. Cookies & Storage Keys We Use
| Name | Purpose | Type / Provider | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
fdie_session | Maintains your logged-in session | First-party (Magdox) | Session | Strictly necessary |
fdie_csrf | Cross-site request forgery protection | First-party (Magdox) | Session | Strictly necessary |
fdie_cookie_consent | Stores your cookie preference choices | First-party (Magdox) | 12 months | Functional |
4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can update your cookie preferences at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the site footer, which reopens the preference center. Essential cookies cannot be rejected, since they are required for the site to function.
You can also control cookies at the browser level - most browsers let you block or delete cookies and site storage via their settings menu, though doing so may affect site functionality. Consult your browser’s help documentation (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) for how to manage cookies at the browser level.
5. Third-Party Cookies & Embedded Content
Some pages embed third-party content that may set its own cookies. In particular, the Zoho Bookings scheduling widget on our Demo page loads content from zohobookings.in inside an iframe, and may set cookies under its own domain per Zoho’s privacy policy. We do not control what Zoho does with this data within that embedded context - review their privacy policy directly for details.
Our Contact page and the newsletter signup in the site footer submit directly to Zoho Corporation’s Web-to-Lead form endpoint via a standard form submission from your browser - no Zoho script loads and no cookie is set by this integration. Any checkout links redirect to our Merchant of Record, 2Checkout (Verifone), which sets necessary transaction cookies under its own domain per 2Checkout’s Privacy Policy.
We do not permit any cookie on this site to be used for advertising, ad targeting, or cross-site tracking of any kind, by us or by any third party.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies and storage technologies changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. See also our Privacy Policy.
