Refund Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the FDIE SaaS platform offered by Magdox Private Limited (“Magdox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). FDIE is sold exclusively to business customers (B2B); consumer distance-selling regulations do not apply to these contracts. All transactions and subscription payments are processed via 2Checkout (Verifone), our authorized Merchant of Record.
2. All Plans: Non-Refundable Fees
2.1 Payment Terms
Business and Enterprise SaaS plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance, as selected at signup or specified in an Order Form. The full fee is due on the payment date and on each subsequent renewal date.
2.2 Non-Refundable Fees; Exception
All fees paid to Magdox for Business and Enterprise subscription charges are non-refundable, including but not limited to non-use of the platform, partial-period cancellation, or a mid-cycle downgrade. This applies regardless of billing frequency (monthly or annual).
The sole exception: if Magdox is unable to deliver the Service you paid for and cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time after you notify us at [email protected], Magdox may, at its option, refund the affected prepaid fees, prorated where applicable. Approved refunds are processed through 2Checkout (Verifone) and are typically reflected in your original payment method within 15 business days of approval, depending on your card network or bank. This exception does not cover dissatisfaction with the Service, non-use, or a change of mind.
2.3 Cancellation
You may cancel a Business or Enterprise subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual, as applicable) - you retain full access to your plan’s features until then, after which your account loses access to paid-tier features.
3. Billing Frequency Details
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same calendar day each month. Fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable per Section 2.2.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year, in advance. Fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable per Section 2.2.
4. Plan Upgrades (Mid-Cycle)
If you move from Business to Enterprise mid-cycle, you will receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of your current Business billing period, applied automatically toward your new Enterprise Order Form. The upgrade takes effect as set out in that Order Form.
5. Plan Downgrades
Moving from Enterprise to Business takes effect at the start of your next renewal period. No refund or credit is issued for any difference in plan pricing during the current billing period.
6. Enterprise Plans (SaaS)
Enterprise SaaS plans are hosted cloud deployments governed by individually negotiated Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or Order Forms. Refund and cancellation terms are as specified in your MSA. In the absence of specific MSA terms, the non-refundable policy described in Section 2.2 applies.
7. SLA Credits
Business and Enterprise customers are entitled to service credits as described in their applicable Service Level Agreement if Magdox fails to meet the uptime commitments specified therein. Credits are applied to future invoices and are not redeemable for cash refunds.
8. Disputed Charges & Payment Inquiries
If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect, contact [email protected] before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your card issuer or payment gateway (2Checkout (Verifone)). Magdox will investigate and resolve valid billing errors promptly. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback without first contacting Magdox may result in immediate suspension of platform access pending resolution.
9. Changes to This Policy
Magdox may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to the billing contact on record by email at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
